I founded Coaching Excellence in 2002. My coaching degree is from CoachU and consists of over 200 hours coach specific training. I am a member of the International Coach Federation

I have a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia and a Master of Psychology with focus on organizations from the University of Stockholm, Sweden.

I have worked with insolvency in Australia, as a management consultant with one of the largest management consultancies in the world in London and with human resources in a small entrepreneurial production company in Sweden.

I am Swedish and my international exposure is lifelong and an integral part of me. I went to an international boarding school in Sweden. I have lived, worked and studied in Australia, England and France. I currently reside in Houston, Texas, USA with my husband.
